Location: Merrill, Wl
Hours: Overnight / 8hrs / 10pm-6:30 AM
Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Providing patient care in facilities by accurately taking and recording vital signs of patients, wound care and skin checks.
• Assisting patients with medication administration.
• Collaborating with CNA's regarding patients' care plans.
• Maintaining accurate details regarding patients' care needs.
• Documenting consistent with care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and sanitary resident environment.
• Reporting patient health, status and changes in condition and concerns to the facility RN supervisor/physician.
• Completes all reports as requested by the facility.
• Follows the patient's plan of care for updates.
• Responds to inquiries, concerns and complaints from the patients and family.
• Works under and takes direction of a RN facility supervisor.
• Completes all required training.
• Follows all policies and procedures at each facility.
• Works and interacts with others at the worksite in a professional manner.
• Abides by all policies and procedures of Fast Pace Medical Staffing.
Qualifications:
• Holds a current and valid LPN license. Is in good standing with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
• Has at least six months experience working in healthcare.
• Has an acceptable criminal record and background information disclosure.
• Has acceptable pre-placement drug screening results.
• Is not listed with the Department of Health and Family Services or Regulation and Licensing or any
other applicable state department or agencies with a finding of abuse/neglect/misappropriation
of funds/property, if applicable.
• Is physically able to complete the assigned job functions.
• Has reliable transportation to and from assigned shifts.
• Has a reliable source for communication to arrange work schedules.
